Common Symptoms of mental illness Abnormal thinking or emotions like: feeling sad, confused thinking, excessive fear, withdrawal from friends and hobbies, trouble sleeping, delusions, or drug abuse. Physical Symptoms like: Fatigue, pain, digestive problems, dry mouth, headache, weight gain, or weight loss.
