 Availability of Fertilizers during Kharif 2015 (April to August).  All the fertilizers manufacturing companies have been asked to produce at their full capacity.  Already 5 tender for procurement of Urea for Kharif 2015 has been floated.  OMIFCO plants is producing at full capacity.  After introduction of neem coated urea, requirement should go- down.  Close coordination with suppliers and timely placement of indents with Railways.  Clear pending B1 & B2 forms, so that companies are financially sound to supply fertilizers.  Faster release of fertilizer rakes.  Strengthen enforcement measures to prevent hoarding/ black- marketing/ smuggling/ diversion of subsidized fertilizers.  Promote balance fertilization. Expectations from States.
