Scheduling and Cost Estimate Process: Task Scope of Work (Drawings and RFP) a.Identify all scope of work items for the Project (Design work, Site preparation, Removals, Installation, etc) b.Identify all construction activities (Task) for each item

Scheduling and Cost Estimate Process (cont’d): Labor Mate- rials Line Item c.Break Tasks into more specific Line Items d.Identify materials and labor needed for each item e.Determine material costs and labor wages f.Determine Construction expenses (Profit, Professional Fees, etc) g.Bring the information together: a.Summary of all costs b.Schedule for all tasks Task Line Item
