Current Customers: Use this as an opportunity to build relationships. Ask about family & work. What is there favorite Melaleuca product. Get personal with people. Transition with telling them about new products or promotion of the month Let them know how they will benefit.
Warm Market: Posture is important Communicate “what’s in it for them” Be consistent with your approach Be professional and follow thru. Timing is everything!
Reciprocating Relationships: Ask if they are receiving new business and referrals If they are not a Melaleuca customer, show the Delivering Wellness Presentation Be professional. Timing is everything.
Professional Contacts: Show respect for their career Position Melaleuca as an ‘additional’ stream of income Assume they are open minded to a Plan B Suggest they might know of someone in their field that is looking for extra income.
