Our goal is to develop students as imaginative, critical thinkers, capable of making their own independent choices in order to meet the challenges of the 21 st Century.

Since the 2009 – 2010 school year WHSAD has scored in the top 4% of all New York City Public High Schools on the DOE Progress Report. For three of those years, WHSAD has placed in the top 1%.
