Those with division programming permissions can grant access to others via menu option. Process Development Division Programming Chairs: Set up session descriptions and chair / co-chair names Chairs and co-chairs then receive and password to administer to their sessions. Topical permissions are separate from Division Session chairs: Enter “session description” or call for papers when permission granted. Accept papers, solicit trades to complete session (4 – 7 papers) Do not reject a good paper; leave in place or transfer to unplaced papers folder Look in same folder for papers for your session. When accept papers prior to final deadline, and set up session times  Remember to include 5 minutes intro and 5 minutes wrap-up time Division level access = best to combine or rename sessions and trade papers. Confex idiosyncrasies: Pop up window opens separate instance of Microsoft Explorer when access paper. Updates to programming do not show up until 8 AM EST the following business day
