ROLE IN DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION  Help determine objectives  Advise on delivery strategies for target audiences  Advise on learner characteristics  Marketing programs in communities

ROLE IN EVALUATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY  Provide feedback on program success  Help determine if programs meet objectives set  Advise on merits of continuing programs  Help identify and tell success stories

What Advisory Leaders Do...  Identify key people or stakeholders  Talk and listen to key leaders  Advise extension which programs are valuable to clientele  Help tailor programs to specific audiences  Listen for feedback about programs
