H OW TO L OVE O THERS TO A CTION Be a spiritual leader. Be a loveable leader. Be a constructive leader.

S PIRITUAL L EADERSHIP IS L OVING Fair Loving Humble He has shown all you people what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8

But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness. Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness. James 3:18 If you can keep your head when everyone around is losing theirs, then you can actually help. R. Kipling F AIR LEADERSHIP

“He had to be made like his brothers in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.” Heb.2.17 LoaTzu (tao) “The evolved leader only leads when completely identified with the people, when their concerns become his.” Maxwell “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” LOVING LEADERSHIP

N EVER LET POOR WORK GO UNNOTICED Let the employee choose own path… How do you think it could have gone better? What can be done different next time?

N EVER LET POOR WORK GO UNNOTICED Practical guidance. Sometimes I’ll say something like… What works for me is... What has worked for you?
