East Central Division 2012 SPRING SWEEPSTAKES!!

212 Degrees… are you ready?? 212 Degrees… are you ready??

What are the Objectives? Yes we can!  award an event in the Division for their team and individual participant recruitment efforts by achieving team sizes of 15 for both new and returning teams by the end of April  utilize existing blitz strategies and Club 15 to support these initiatives  nothing new, just encouraging efforts that are already in the works

The qualifiers include…  Have an overall team goal of 20 teams or more  Achieve the highest percent in the total number of teams with 15 or more participants by the end of April

Timeframe for the Sweepstakes Data will be pulled on April 30 to determine the winning Relay.

What is in it for our Relay?  NATIONAL: A seat for one Event Chair to attend the National Relay For Life Summit in Nashville, TN on July 19-21, 2012  Opportunity to personally meet Reuel Johnson, National VP of Relay For Life  DIVISION: A total of three invitations to the Division Relay Leadership Summit in Pittsburgh, PA on Oct , 2012  Event Chair to speak during a general session about their experience at National & their Event’s recruitment strategy  LOCAL: Customized Relay t-shirts for the entire committee, created by us!  We will be able to select the color and design- shirts will be ordered for each committee member.

Did you notice… there are no new resources we need to use? there are no detailed timelines to follow? the sweepstakes only enhances our current efforts? we may win a trip to the National Relay Summit, two additional spots to the Division Summit and customized Relay t-shirts?
