Any Questions......

Ice Breakers

What is this?

Do you ever feel like this? A young child went to a Gursikh and stated that no matter how hard he tried to keep Gurbani in his heart, he just could not understand or keep it. He stated that his mind was not a bucket, but a strainer, which let everything pass through and did not contain the meaning of Gurbani. Let’s read through the Sakhi together and see if there is a solution to this ‘straining problem’

Some YOU TIME to write….

 Do you sometimes feel like your mind is the strainer from the Sakhi? What can you do to overcome it?  Why are you here at OPS? What do you hope to learn?  How is your journey in Sikhi going? What is the path like for you? What have you learnt? What obstacles have you faced/are facing?  How are you feeling at this moment? Is there anything you want to ask, tell or request of Vaheguru? Are there any questions you have about Sikhi?  Write or draw whatever is in your heart at the moment. Freedom of thought and expression…

Common Question…. Homework: Read the Sakhi Write your thoughts, opinions, connection etc with the Sakhi in the ‘My thoughts box’
