Requirements for all positions: Must attend an executive meeting(s) every week Must attend the general body meeting every week (Mondays, 7pm) Have two hours of office hours Any extra time that is needed to fulfill your position Must be living on-campus for academic year
President Preside over the executive board and all scheduled meetings Provide and seek feedback regularly at all meetings Act as the official voice of tRAC Actively promote the organization to the university community Be responsible for administering all agreements with outside vendors and all other services provided by the organization
Vice President for Finance Oversee all sources of revenue collected Ensure that all financial obligations are fulfilled Be responsible for the maintenance of the treasury Furnish up-to-date financial records Coordinate all funding requests
National Communications Coordinator (NCC) Be responsible for maintaining contact with NACURH and CAACURH Coordinate delegation to NACURH, CAACURH and any sub-regional conference Be responsible for re-affiliating OU Write and submit any bids Liaison with Regional Board of Directors Work with NRHH in picking OTM campus winners
Vice President for Administrative Affairs Be responsible for maintenance of attendance records Assume the Presidents duties when President is absent Responsible for maintaining all voting records Put together agenda Record minutes of each meeting Maintain historical records
Vice President for Programming Oversee and attend programs and community service implemented by tRAC Collect all programming records Collect background information, planning and completion for main programs. Host programs representing tRAC Collaborate with other organizations for programs
Vice President for Student Services Assess the need for and research options for additional services to be provided by the organization Be responsible for maintaining a record of and coordinating all rentals of tRAC equipment and materials Keep rental guidelines up to date and available Coordinate equipment pick-up and drop-off Responsible for maintenance and organization of the equipment
Vice President for Marketing Be responsible for tRAC publicity and for assisting the other executive members and committees in promoting their events Serve as the contact person to the media for publicity purposes and maintain frequent communication with the university community Create and maintain tRAC publicity packets Be responsible for developing membership strategy in conjunction with the executive board
