Interruption Tender Process and Outcome June tender 48 bids received for 29 supply points across 18 locations Bids accepted for 5 supply points in 4 locations EA – Fakenham NW – Barrow HP NW – Barrowford HP NW – Winsford HP October ad-hoc tender 22 bids received for 9 supply points across 8 locations Bids accepted for 2 Supply points in 2 locations EM – Scunthorpe NW – Barrow HP 2008 results summary… A total of 70 bids tendered 7 bids accepted Majority of rejected bids too expensive relative to alternative costs
Adhoc Requirement for 2011/12 Note: We are likely to support UNC Mod 247. If this Mod is approved prior to the 1 st of May 09 these requirements will not be defined as Ad-Hoc and will instead be progressed as per our normal 2009 Interruption Requirements.
5 Indicative Interruption Requirement – EA and EM Note: If we don’t get successful bids for Barnsley, Burton and Lincoln in respect of 2011/12 we will probably reinforce our system prior to 2012/13. This means that the requirements listed for these locations are conditional on the acceptance of appropriate bids in respect of the earlier year.
