Caixa Capital Micro SCR is an investment vehicle with € 8M in capital (100% "la Caixa") that invests in the equity of Spanish micro-companies with growth potential. The objective is to temporarily accompany these enterprises in their development process while watching them from inside to identify a real growth potential. In this case, the loan is converted into company shares and is accompanied in the next funding round.

Entering into capital means developing a commitment in the project, engaging in strategic business issues through involvement in the board.
