Horse Drawn Wagons You must use extra caution when driving near them The wagons must be driving single file on the side of the road near the curb or near the edge of the road It is illegal to beep your horn when near a horse drawn wagon You can not pass horse drawn wagons You must be driving at a reasonable speed and stay your distance

NEW GRADUATED DRIVER LICENSE LAWS Must have your learners permit for 6 months before you can take your road test 50 hours (15 hours at night) 1 non family member under 21 allowed in the car
