Culture Programme Basic aim: encourage and support cultural cooperation within Europe in order to bring the European common cultural heritage to the fore. propose funding opportunities to all cultural sections and all categories of cultural operators contributing to the development of cultural cooperation at European level, with a view to encouraging the emergence of European citizenship.
Culture Programme … supports 3 main activities: trans-national mobility of cultural players trans-national circulation of artistic and cultural works and products inter-cultural dialogue and exchanges.
Culture Programme Possible applicants: public organisations (= financed by State budget) private organisations... whose principal activity is in the cultural sphere!... with registered seat in an eligible country (= EU Member States + HR, TR, MK, RS, ME, BiH, AL)
