Good 4 U Employee of the Month Contest

The Rules  The voting period for each monthly contest runs from the first to the twentieth of each month.  Each employee is responsible for returning his/her completed survey forms from customers and fellow employees.

Basic Qualifications  Exceptional survey reviews from customers  Exemplary survey reviews from fellow employees  Pass quality assurance testing
