Common wildlife in Jamaica Birds-Jamaica has lots of birds but only 13 are of Jamaica. Manatees-Manatees are a very endangered species and are very protected in Jamaica Crocodiles-Crocodiles occupy many Jamaican rivers Dolphins-Dolphins swim alongside the crocodiles Whales-Whales are endangered as well Turtles-As well as Manatees and Whales, Turtles are yet another endangered species because of people killing them for eggs and flesh.
