My Favorite Things Quilt

Winter is Here

How I Created My Kid Pix Quilt My Kid Pix quilt represents many things I enjoy. To make this quilt I used several different drawing tools from the presentation program, Kid Pix Deluxe Studio. First I clicked on a tool called an eggbeater. When I selected this tool and clicked in the center of the screen, it created twenty five boxes. I then took the paint can and created a pattern with two colors. I then selected stamps of some of my favorite things. These stamps were edited by me and added to the quilt. By using the “Control” and “Shift” key I changed the sizes of the stamps before adding to my pattern. One thing I really enjoy is playing with my dog Lacey, so you will see a dog and dog paws on my quilt. My favorite holiday is Halloween and that is why you will see a pumpkin. Finally I love flowers and several of them are on my quilt.

My Favorite Seasons My favorite seasons are winter and summer. In the winter, I play with my friends in the snow. In the summer, I go swimming in the ocean with my best friend, Kylin. We like to jump in the waves and build sand castles.

My Favorite Movie McKenna is a movie that I like because she is an American Girl doll. She likes to do gymnastics, just like me. Sponge Bob is my favorite cartoon to watch at my house. Another favorite cartoon is Max and Ruby. Max and Ruby are cute little white bunnies.

My Favorite Foods At home, my favorite food to eat at dinner is pasta. I put tomato sauce on my Ziti and sprinkle it with cheese. My favorite restaurant is TGI Fridays. I like to order chicken nuggets and fries. My brother orders the same thing as me.

My Favorite Animal Puppies are my favorite animal because they are fluffy and cute. I have two dogs and my best friend Kylin also has two dogs. We both play tug of war with our dogs.
