What software did you use? I used spreadsheet Why did you use this rather than something else? I used this because it was easier to collect my data, it also helped me because it puts things into percentages. What are the advantages of using this software? The advantages are that it collects data in a easy way and shows it so that you can understand it. What problems do you see the user have using your system? Problems might be that they cannot afford this software so wont be able to collect data in excel. How did you try to minimise the problems? You can minimise the problems by validating your work. Another way to minimise problems by proof reading your work.
