Bologna process – frame for modernization of higher education system The tendencies of university development are the same in Europe and in Russia

We can consider aspects: Economical Cultural University Standards (curriculum) Didactic (teaching & learning itself)

Technological approach helps us to link results, student’s activity and methods of teaching. Graduate of modern university – self organized personality

Open education (Личностно- ориентированное образование) based on personal-oriented educational technology: Key methods – projects, portfolio, research Relation “professor – student” – cooperation, tutor, who helps you to achieve your educational goals Learning Environment – E-learning, E- Library, LMS Open education - educational service

Main problems: Restraining factor – student’s school - oriented position Students are not customers, don’t request education

Questions – subjects for essay Have student’s educational request to university or no? Are they able to formulate their educational aims? What are the forms for student’s educational requests? Quality criteria? What & How? Role of student s activity in university quality management How to enhance self responsibility of students

Directions for studying: Possibility for choices (elective courses, obligatory credits, rights for choosing forms of control, a number of virtual contacts) Readiness of students to demand the realization of their university goals Study the experience and practice of real student’s influence on changes in education in universities

Fields for scientific research: Pedagogy – realizing of open education Cultural – comparrithen of democratic tradition of societies, youth Management – governance of expressing educational requests Philosophy – personality students

Mobility can be provided But only student’s activity make it sure
