One – Click Training Presentation One Click is a web-based fixed route planning application which can be accessed via PC, Tablet or Smart Phone. It is a collaboration of Broward, Switchboard of Miami and 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast Allows you to plan trips using, Buses, Tri-rail and Senior/Disabled Transportation Systems Covers Palm Beach, Broward and Dade County (Does Not include the Treasure Coast) and Routes can be planned to cross over county lines You can plan a trip for 211 callers that do not own a car to get to an agency for services. You can plan the trip for the caller and it to them anonymously through the One Click Website. Make sure caller understands that they still need to pay for services and make their own pre- arranged contacts when using services like PalmTran Connection Fixed routes do change periodically so there is no guarantee about the accuracy.

You can skip this screen if the caller is not disabled or over 60, by clicking Next

Displayed are the possible routes to and from the caller’s destination. Please note that the Purple Color denotes the time needed for the caller to walk. Please mention to the caller how far and typically how log they will need to walk if purple is displayed.

You can use your mouse to hover over a route to get a quick preview the route. Notice services such as PalmTran Connection or The Volen Center is one color. Callers will need to sign-up and call the transportation agency for these services often several days prior to the trip. Often there are eligibility qualifications for these services to sign-up. Please make certain the caller understands these details.

Double click on each route to see the details of each route. Below shows the information about PalmTran Connection

Click Select to choose the route best suited for the caller. You may need to describe in detail each route, So the caller understands the Time, Place and Cost of each route.

This screen gives the full details of the trip planned, which can be ed to the caller. Otherwise you will need to fully describe to the caller the trip that is planned. If ed to caller click here to proceed.

Type the caller’s address in the field provided and click Send. If possible verify that the caller received the trip via , while you are on the phone

Click here to clear trip and return to the first screen, exit out of the browser
