About Rudy Giuliani Rudolph „Rudy“ Giuliani was born in Brooklyn, New York in His family was a member of the working class and his grandparents were Italian Immigrants. After graduating at New York University School of Law in Manhattan he started to work at United States Attorney. First he was a Democrat and an Independent in 1970s, but he joined the Republican Party in the 1980s. In 1993 he won the mayor election of New York City against David Dinkins who had been the city‘s first black mayor and became mayor of New York City in 1994 until the end of 2001.

The twelve Commitments: One of Giuliani’s most important political issues are twelve commitments. These are most interesting ones: I will keep America on offense in the Terrorists’ War on Us. I will end illegal immigration, secure our borders, and identify every non-citizen in our nation. I will expand America’s involvement in the global economy and strengthen our reputation around the world. I will increase adoptions, decrease abortions, and protect the quality of life for our children.
