Outsourcing is characterized as a way of optimization of expenses of the enterprise by transferring of not profile functions and business processes on the basis of the contract to the external specialized companies, who have highly skilled experts in corresponding area.

Advantages - aspiration to raise profitableness of business; -aspiration to increase an efficiency and decrease expenses for inessential activity; - improvement of quality and reliability of service; -diverse technical possibilities and high qualified of the personnel; -bringing into service of high technologies; -outsourcing company usually uses modern principles and forms of management.

Disadvantages : -level of professionalism of employees of outsourcing companies can appear to be insufficient for performance of works or rendering of services up to the mark; -insufficiency of levers of operating influence can lead to decrease an efficiency of processes and increase expenses at service; -presence of risks of infringement safety of property, safety and leak of data of confidential character, as a result of granting of unlimited access to documents, the data and material assets of the enterprise; - increase the time of making decisions in case of emergency.

At a choice of an outsourcer the organization should understand that the maximum benefit will be reached in that case when outsourcer carries out those functions which are entrusted to him by the organization. Therefore concluding the contract and signing the agreement on the guaranteed level of service, it is necessary to consider all details, namely: whether reputation and popularity of the service provider corresponds to its cost, whether it is reliable and whether it possesses necessary level of professionalism and how much contract conditions are flexible.
