Disaster managemen t legislation supports CDM. IR-4.2. Comprehens ive disaster management plans in place, tested and reviewed annually. IR-4.3. Emergency operations facilities are adequately equipped and operational. IR-4.4. Lifelines and critical infrastructur e are protected with mitigation measures. IR-4.5.
