Samuel Lee’s Internal Sinus Graft System ver.2

1.Point Trephine Concept This is the same Concept as the Lance Drill. The ASBE (Adjust able Stopper & Bone Ejecting) Trephine has the advantag e of allowing the capability of guiding the drill to the exact location before drilling. Cutter ~ Point Length 1.0mm Marking 2.0mm

Hex 1.2 Mini Screw 2.ASBE Trephine Concept The greatest advantage of the ASBE (Adjustable Stopper & Bo ne Ejecting) Trephine is that it can execute the functions of both the Trephine Stopper and the Bone Ejector. The rotation of the shank is adjusted by the Hex 1.2 mini screw. (Use the Hand driver Hex 1.2 in the surgical kit) Marking 2.0, 4.0, 5.0~6.0, 8.0mm The Shank Marking on the stopper represents the length. From the left, the markings indicate 9mm, 8mm, 6mm, 5mm, 4 mm, 2mm. The thread pitch is 0.5P and upon turning th e stopper 360 degrees, the stopper moves 0.5mm.

Diamond Height 1.30mm Pressure = Force/Area Pressure = Mass*Acceleration/Area 3.Diamond Drill Concept Of all the components, this drill is the most important of them all. The Diamond Drill does not use the concept of cutting away the me mbrane by the use of spinning blades. It makes a hole on the maxilla and since the contact area with the membrane is large ( as you can see in the picture), the membrane is not damaged a t all. With the Diamond Drill, you can easily penetrate the maxil la and perform the sinus elevation with ease. The Diamond Drill's function is to drill the last 1~2mm after Trephine drilling Marking 2.0, 4.0, 5.0~6.0, 8.0, 10.0mm Stopper Surface 0.5mm Diamond Mesh #100

4.Reamer Drill Concept The Reamer Drill is designed to cut away the last 0.5 mm area o f cortical bone that functions as the stopper of the Diamon d Drill. The contact area to the membrane has a round sh aped design. Marking 2.0, 4.0, 5.0~6.0, 8.0, 10.0mm Shank Length 20.0mm

5.Mushroom Concept The Mushroom Sinus Lift instrument is designed to allo w the surgeon to elevate the membrane accordin g to fixture length and desirable location after the sinus perforation. Mushroom Size Ø2.8, Ø3.8, Ø4.8, Ø5.8 The Size Marking are located behind the handle. Marking 2.0, 4.0,5.0~6.0, 8.0, 10.0mm

6.Cobra Concept The Cobra is designed to widen the lift of the membr ane after elevating it with the Mushroom. Whe n performing within the oral cavity, one side is used to elevate the right part and the other sid e is for the left part of the membrane by using t he same tips. Cobra Size Ø4.0, Ø4.0

7.Spreader & Condenser Concept After the membrane elevation, Spreader & Condenser are used to perform bone grafting in the secured space and pressing the grafted bone. The Spreader is used for the both sides and the Condenser is used for the upper area. It is also possible to perform the function of Spreader with the Condenser alone. Spreader Size width 3.8mm Length 20.0mm Condenser Size Ø2.8mm Groove 2.0, 4.0,5.0~6.0, 8.0, 10.0mm Spreader Condenser
