Knowledge Mobilization Update Presentation to Advisory Committee St. John’s, NL June 17, 2009 Funding support provided by the Canada- Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Market Development Agreement

Goals Make municipal leaders aware of the research, have them contribute to it, and have them feel it reflects their concerns and needs. Give the recommendations of this research a real life in the reshaping of our system of local governance. Provide municipal, provincial and federal policy makers and political leaders with the tools and a roadmap for integrating this research into their planning processes.
