Add a Movie to a Slide Step 1. Click the slide that you want to add the movie to.

Step 2. On the Standard toolbar, click Media, then click Insert Movie. 

Step 3. Find the file you want, and then double-click it.

Step 4. Do one of the following: To PlayClick AutomaticallyAutomatically When you click the iconWhen Clicked

5. To preview the movie in normal view, double-click the movie.5. To preview the movie in normal view, double-click the movie.
