Why Would I Want to Hire a RLM? Consistent organization of the collection. Control of Access to information in the Collection Position is more reflective of the current approach to collections Position allows for future growth and development of the collection

Why Would I want to Do This: I’m a geek! I’m anal retentive! I love organization more than my luggage! I am psychologically unfit for public services. I need a job.
