Club SUCCESS House Meeting September 8 th, 2015

How was everyone’s Labor Day weekend?  Any positive stories from the weekend?

Trainings, Appointments, Time off:  Chelsey has an appointment tomorrow and will be out.  Luis, Nathan & Mary Jane have a manager’s meeting noon  Luis & Mary Jane will be doing a presentation Thurs at Gateway for community people.  Luis will be doing a half day on 9/11.  MJ will be out 9/11-9/20.  Nathan has ACT recert on 17 th & 18 th  Nathan has an appointment on 9/21  Anyone else?

Van Inspections  Staff, please make sure to be checking the vans per inspections sheet and print your name showing you did it.  If you see something wrong, please send an to James and Cc Luis on it.

Our Numbers  Avg Daily Attendance current week: 46  Once per August:  Avg Daily for the month- 40  Total unduplicated members for the month- 85  TEP placements- 4  SE placements- 7  IE placements- 31  Outreaches- 52

Progress Notes  Remember to fill out your progress notes located in receptionist area. Please return to your work unit office.  Staff, all progress notes must be submitted by next business day at 10am per policy.  Push is that all should be in within 48hrs.

Clubhouse Generalist  We will be interviewing Wayne C. for the generalist position and making a decision by end of the week.  Interview this afternoon 2:00p

Town Hall Meeting  Thurs, September 17at 7:30 a.m. Clinic.  Friday, September 18 at 10:30 a.m. Gateway.
