Purposeful collection of student work that exhibits the student’s efforts, progress, and achievement in one or more areas. The primary goals are to 1) demonstrate proficiency in a set of standards 2) show growth over time.

 Portfolio Reflection Day  Each year students review the contents and write final reflections on themselves as learners  Teachers, counselors and administrators function as coaches while students work on their portfolios  Professional Review Day (Seniors)  Presentations

 Resources…computers, scanner, materials  Workshops…how can we get kids in to the workshops  Career consultation---interview someone in the career they are interested in…come to Center for career interest testing….  accounts…they all need one for College Board activities
