Windows Double glazed solar control windows used Only allows appropriate light in 1/5 savings come from these windows Fluorescent lighting used all throughout home Smaller high efficiency air conditioners are used Energy Saving Appliances

Appliances that meet the ENERGY STAR® standards, are chosen such as: –Toilets –Refrigerators –Water Heaters –Dishwashers and Laundry Machines
