Six pillars of a healthy lifestyle

Drink plenty of Water Major importance to all living things, is water (up to 60% of the human adult body). Water helps digest our food so it can provide us with energy, it helps to transport waste out of the body, and it is important in controlling body temperature. An adult male needs about 3 liters per day while an adult female needs about 2.2 liters per day.

Eat „living food” fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, grains and legumes in sprouted form, seaweed, microalgae and fresh juices. These live foods (living foods) contain a wide range of vital life force nutrients (ie. vitamins, minerals, amino acids, oxygen) and live enzymes. Their nutritional properties are essential to the proper maintenance of human bodily functions.

Excersise regulary to improve bone health, improve cardiorespiratory and muscular fitness, decrease levels of body fat, reduce symptoms of depression.

Reduce stress stress can cause severe health problems and, in extreme cases, can cause death. Learn to manage stress levels to prevent anxiety and depression.

Sleep and rest sleep is vital to bodily functioning. When we have enough healthy sleep, we are fresh, our minds function better. Adolescents and teenagers need between six to eight hours of sleep a night.

Clean your body eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars and saturated fats, all of which act as toxins in the body and are obstacles to your healing process.
