Intro page Age – elementary 1-6th grades – Depending on students Goal – to introduce noun verb agreement in an interactive/fun way! In our program, we use a color-coding system for teaching language. Blue= nouns Yellow = verbs. The blue screen is a picture of the noun. Ask the students what the picture/noun is. When the students reply with the correct noun, the teacher will click onto the line at the bottom of the screen. The noun word and sign will appear onto the screen. You ask the students if it is one or many. The students will respond and you click on the correct (x) = one (xxx)=many representation. The incorrect response will drop from the screen. Continue to the yellow/verb screen. Ask the student what the noun is doing. Click on the bottom line for the answer and sign. Ask the students if it is one or many. Click on the correct response and the incorrect answer will drop from the screen. Continue through the end. The last slide- click onto the picture and the correct word will show up.
