This means to discuss issues on: Learning (Ch 6, 7):  Enabling new structures Participation (Chapter 6 and 7) :  Organizational culture  Management policies  Issue of Control: support to central/local decision making  Participation in design (paper by Bjerknes and Bratteteig) Work (Ch 8):  Work practices  Human-computer interaction
