Objective of the proposal.  There is a new technology of internet for education development in respect of "Education for All" law for education in world and "Right to Education" law for education in India which will remove fear, trauma and anxiety from English language in internet surfing.

Objective of the proposal.  By this children/student will get education from internet in his/her mother tongue more quickly through a system of child friendly.

Strategy to deliver.  New contents for computer science curriculum.  By this educational research no need of English on English keyboards for E- learning. People have maximum computers which are based on English keyboards. By this technology non-English public can surf internet now by English keyboards.
