Boston, Massachusetts is miles from Dunedin, Florida The mean age of the people in Massachusetts is Florida’s population is 10,980,656 greater than Massachusetts population Massachusetts largest city’s (Worcester) is about 607,623 less than Florida’s largest city’s (Jacksonville) Massachusetts’s highest point of elevation (Greylock) is about 3004 ft greater than the lowest point of elevation (where Massachusetts meets the Atlantic ocean)

Florida has many beaches, parks and historical sites. The weather is warm and sunny most of the time. During Winter and Fall, the weather is cool and dry. The beaches are very popular during the summertime. Massachusetts is full of historical sites from the Revolutionary War, and many other things that happened there. The weather is mostly warm during the summer, and very cold and snowy during the winter. Here is a graph comparing the population for 3 different years graph.pdfgraph.pdf

One biome in Massachusetts is Temperament Deciduous forest. These kinds of forest consist of many types of trees such as oak, maple and cedar. Here is a Temperament Deciduous food chain. Sun Plants Black Bear Bald Eagle Fish

One of the many animals that lives in a Deciduous forest is the American Black Bear. This bear has black fur and a golden muzzle. It loves catching fish is nearby streams. This bear can run very quickly for how heavy it is, it can weigh up to594 pounds! Now THAT’S heavy! Black bears aren’t endangered, they actually live in most of North America. Male black bears mature at around 5-6 years of age, and females around 4-5 years. Black bears hibernate in the winter so they don’t have to find food. It’s thick coat helps it survive in the winter.

One of the many birds that live in the forest is the American bald eagle. These beautiful birds of prey have brown feathers and a white head. It’s wingspan is about 5 1/2-8 feet long. They stand between tall or the height of an average sized office desk. It eats fish, snakes, and rodents. The eagle catches it’s prey by grasping it in it’s sharp talons. The bald eagle is North America’s national symbol. It is one of America’s largest birds. Click here to hear a bald eagle (Click on the music note)

Another one of the many animals in the Deciduous forest is the white tailed deer. Even though they aren’t very high on the food chain, they are quite good at hiding. There fur helps them blend in with the forest foliage. Only males have those beautiful antlers. Males use those antlers to fight for mates. Female deer weigh lbs and males up to 400 lbs. Deer have many predators like big cats and coyotes. The male deer are called bucks, and they females are called does, babies are called fawns

Massachusetts was the 6 th state that entered the union A lot of rock, classical, hip-hop and folk music's come from Massachusetts Massachusetts's population is ABOUT 12,000,000 less that Florida’s population Boston Cream Pie is Massachusetts state pie Massachusetts’s state song is “Hail Massachusetts” One of Massachusetts nicknames is the Baked Bean state!
