Rules and timelines Garrison command will be sponsoring Dr. Martin Luther Kings Birthday observance on 15 January This coloring contest is designed to bring awareness to Dr King, and the Civil Rights movement. Q: Can Non Military family member children participate? A: Yes, Arrangements to visit FLW will be the parent’s responsibility in the event their child is designated as a recipient of an award or recognition.)
