Working with new rules and surroundings Excepting the rules and regulations such as; -dress code, -attitude(what is expected of you), -time management, -orders. This socialises us as working with new rules and people would make collaboration and communication skills improve for example, if you need information/help you would go to your co-workers before anyone higher up; meaning, you're communicating.
