So unless or until every member federation is added to its "people" list they can't interact with it- however you can forward any to a team by forwarding it to a special address provided by Teamwork PM. So I guess we could do that also with enquiries from non-members as well. However I would prefer it if the UIAA website's underlying database provided these functions as well. TeamworPM positive point: all communication is stored online and easily searched and categorised. To keep absolutly in the UIAA admin system! s get forwarded by hand from the officer to (best) or training- good because easy to mis-spell). Need to have ONE address on The most pressing things for the database to provide are as follows: Form for enquiries. Enquiries form on UIAA web page Automatic response + forwarding. Form for orders for services (to clarify?) Automated invoicing linked to action note when payments are made Database of training officer for every federation so that group s can be sent Event organisation system (milestones, tasks etc) Links to Other commissions' information so that we can disseminate the latest advice on best practice to trainers worldwide.
