Ballot Report Ballot went out as scheduled Significant WG effort to complete tracker items & do critical QA Thank you!! Over 1700 unique line items of comments for FHIR & implementation guides Thank you (I think . . . )
Triage Using gForge Webinar emailed to co-chairs and FHIR lists Discussion on Wed. Q4 If you have issues/questions, contact me
Reconciliation Timelines Looking to have content finalized by mid-July (likely July 19th) 2 week QA, then publish Priorities: Must reconcile all ballot items Prioritize non-ballot items that may produce “substantive” change Please triage your items for block vote, priority, etc by end of May Let your FMG liaison know if July 19th is ok
Reconciliation Reminders FHIR does not enforce best practices Those are handled via profiles FHIR is international in scope Realm-specific concerns/guidance generally lives in profiles/extensions DSTU 2 takes precedence over DSTU 2.1
What’s next? FHIR DSTU 2.1 Limited Scope Timeline Order workflow Draft FM resources Others? (Contact FMG) Timeline Content by mid-Sept. Connectathon in Oct Jan. 2016 ballot Spring publication
Maturity Model FMG is putting together a maturity model for resources & profiles Draft is here: http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=FHIR_Maturity_Model On publication, every resource and profile will have a maturity level assigned Guidance for implementers on anticipated stability
