Planning and self management strategies

Definition  Self management is a term that covers a whole range of things that we can do to help ourselves managing our day to day life with our own conditions to succeed in our life.

What is Planning Self Management Strategies ?  Is the process of thinking about our own character and to choose a function that coordinates with personal behaviour and objective to come up with a method or strategy selected to bring about a desired future, such as achievement of a goal or solution to a problem.  Planning a self management is to enhance on our capability and we are able to take control of our life activities besides the control or act of the destiny. By planning our self management, we are able to ensure our life goals is well defined and helps us to focus better on our efforts and clearly define on what are we going to do.

Self Management Strategies  Breath Right  Make your plans public  Sleep on it  Take control of ourselves and talk  Smile and laugh more  Set aside some time in your day for Problem  Put a mental recharge into your schedule  Focus our attention on our free time rather than our limited time  Visualize Succeeding

Benefits Of Self Management Strategies  Realizing the talents we have and use them productively.  Looking at our self in a new light.  Looking forward with enthusiam and with increased motivation.  Plans set will be achieved to reach our targets.  We would enjoy our personal growth on which we have embarked.  Seeing our values become more substantial.  Liking the direction that you find the life is taking you.  Looking at yourself with pride at your efforts and achievement.  Your self esteem enhanced and your life an exciting adventure

Procrastination  Individuals can often find a billion other things to do rather than doing their studies. There are many forms of procrastination ; Frequently checking mails, surfing the net. Cleaning obsessively. Chatting on the phone  How to overcome it by self management ; Do unpleasant tasks first. Overcome distraction and temptations. Plan our time wisely Reward ourselves when, we have complete a task Have a place, space and time Focus on our plans.

ROLE OF MANAGEMENT  Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities. We would plan the best use of time. We would be doing a effective multitasking. Able to manage priorities based on importance and urgency. Also would analyse our working habits and able to determine areas for improvement. We will definitely have time to think before we act. Procrastination would never occur. Will be able to reduce stress. We would work smarter and no more longer.

Conclusion  Self management is another element, another piece in life’s big puzzle. To manage ourselves properly gives us a head tackling 21 st century life. To get going with this management we just need to start. Then, each and everyday look out for ourselves a little more. And, self management will soon become a key element in our life. It will become a key factor in us enjoying a satisfying and productive life.
