Sport promotes healthy lifestyle Sport is teaching us to respect our own body and to be strong in our body but also in our psychic.

It’s an active way to spend your free time During the week people always have some free time. What is important is to spend it rationally. Sitting with our computer won’t make us feel good and relaxed, when doing some sports will.

Sport can help us to socialise with other people While doing sports every single person is important. Sport is based on team work and when you are a part of a team you make friends with these people because you see them everyday and you have to get on well with them.

We get to know ourself better! While doing sports we can discover many things about ourself. We get to know what our weekneasses are and where is our strenght. We can also learn how to defeat our weekneasses like stress, shyness etc. We start to believe in ourself and to know everything about our psychic.

We can feel that we’re a part of a group When we’re doing some sport, for example playing volleyball, we spent hours with our team. We get to know them and to like them. We can find friends for a lifetime on the playing field. People eho play the same sport create their own society and they feel well with tohose who share their passion.

Sport changes our thoughts from: ’’I” to: ‘’We” When we’re a part of a team we can’t think only about ourself. We won’t win alone. We have to think a lot about our decisions because they are not important only for us anymore – they start being important for every member of a team.

Sport teachs us to manage with controling our emotions While doing sports you can easly show your emotions. Everyone is angry when they lose and there’s nothing bad about it. But a good training can teach us how to turn anger into determination.

It’s fun while learning! Do you think that learning is only sitting by a desk and reading? Of course that it’s not! By doing sports we can also learn. We try new things everyday and we meet other people so we learn about them too. School teachs how to work and sport teachs us how to live.

We learn to take challenges If we are doing sports we are taking a challenge everyday. We always try to be the best and to do something even better than yesterday.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose Life is all about winning or losing. What is important, is to learn that you can’t always be the best. Sport teachs us to never give up, even if something goes wrong.

Thanks for your attention!
