PT 101 Taylor Daugherty

ABOUT ME I’m 18, I grew up in York, PA. I have a younger brother and sister. I love sports, I ran track, played field hockey, and cheered.

WHY PTA? At the young age of 19 my dad was paralyzed from the waist down. He had to attend physical therapy to learn to live a relatively normal life, after obtaining his injury. After the beginning stage of thinking life would never be the same, he realized therapy would completely change his mind. After talking with him about physical therapy, and his therapist I knew PTA was for me. I want to be the positive factor in someone’s life, that keeps them going and maintaining a healthy life.
