 Carol Lee Hemseri  She is my mom’s mom and my grandmother  Born May 28, 1941, in Brunswick, Maryland  Today lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania

Carol needed courage when she didn’t know how to swim. So her father pushed her in the creek and Carol had to figure out how to get out. But she did figure out how to swim as a result of this.

Carol went to Turkey and had never been out of the country. She couldn’t adapt well to the culture, their language, foods and how they entertained because they were so different. She was happy to come home.

Carol played volleyball, softball, tennis, and racquetball. She also enjoyed jogging and cheerleading. Carol loves staying active and always loved to go to the gym.

When Carol was a child, she loved Christmas. Having dinner, opening presents, and of course the Tree were things she looked forward to. She usually got clothing and one toy.

Carol had a great Third grade teacher. Carol’s teacher taught Math, Social Studies, English, and History. Carol’s teacher was very nice.
