Moderate to possibly major coastal flooding is expected from Thursday night through Saturday. There is still considerable uncertainty in the location and magnitude of Sunday to Monday rain depending on the track of Hurricane Joaquin. River Forecasts will be updated as often as every 6 hours if needed.
