 OCR Level 1 iTQ Award/Certificate/Diploma in IT User Skills iTQ is a unique ‘pick and mix’ cluster of units that has been designed to help individuals make the best possible use of technology at work and in everyday life.  Each of the units has points allocated to them so all the units together should add up to the total necessary to gain a qualification at the level required.  iTQ is based at levels 1, 2 and 3 of the National Qualifications Framework.

 Award (9 Credits or more): ◦ Two Level 1 units, ◦ No mandatory units, ◦ One unit from either Entry level, L1, L2 or L3  Certificate (13 Credits or more): ◦ Two Level 1 units, ◦ Mandatory – Unit 1:Improving Productivity using IT, ◦ Two units from either Entry level, L1, L2 or L3.  Diploma (37 Credits or more): ◦ Six Level 1 units, ◦ Mandatory – Unit 1:Improving Productivity using IT, ◦ Five units from either Entry level, L1, L2 or L3.
