What can we do to have a healthy lifestyle?

Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods. Fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, poultry and fish are nutrient rich foods. I like eating snacks, such as chocolate, potato chips, and sweets. eat/ nutrient-rich foods

Look through cookbooks for tasty ways to prepare unfamiliar foods. If I don’t know how to prepare unfamiliar foods, what should I do? look/ cookbooks
