When you think of exercise, don’t just think of strenuous workouts or long jogs (unless you like that kind of thing). Think of walking to school with your friends, about playing a sport that you enjoy or about making up a dance routine! You can make any kind of exercise fun with some determination! DETERMINATION
Eat Well Food affects us in many ways. Yes, nutrition is important, but the food we eat provides us with more than vitamins and nutrients. Enjoying food together with friends and family can help us to relate better with others and gives us a chance to talk to each other about what’s going on in our lives. Try and challenge yourself to eat at lease 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day!
