Small Steps 4 Life & Olympic Value Small steps 4 life is about you and your classmates taking small steps to become healthier in 3 ways: Healthy Eating Feeling good inside Getting Active

Small steps 4 life try and promote a healthy lifestyle. Does exercise seem like a pretty boring and uncomfortable thing to do? Well it doesn’t have to be! When you think of exercise, don’t just think of strenuous workouts or long jogs (unless you like that kind of thing). Think of walking to school with your friends, about playing a sport that you enjoy or about making up a dance routine! You can make any kind of exercise fun with some determination! DETERMINATION

Eat Well Food affects us in many ways. Yes, nutrition is important, but the food we eat provides us with more than vitamins and nutrients. Enjoying food together with friends and family can help us to relate better with others and gives us a chance to talk to each other about what’s going on in our lives. Try and challenge yourself to eat at lease 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day!

Get Active Exercise can be really fun, weather you go out on your own or enjoy it with friends. Try and make it a normal thing to do. All the athletes wouldn’t have got anywhere with out hard work and exercise. There are simple ways to help improve your lifestyle.

Feeling Good Our “emotional” health is very important in our lives. Of course its very hard to be happy all the time, so SmallSteps4Life give ways to help deal with the hard times. Get Rest Talk to a friend Enjoy the good times! Thanks for Watching
