“GET A LIFE” First Steps from The PATH in November 2005 Fulfilling Lives Sub Group meet again in 6 months to review first steps (May/June 2006). Give report to next Partnership Board to agree initial targets and plans. Set up Focus Groups (FG):  Social and Leisure} Peter  Employment } to  Education & Training} convene  Transport} All Groups consider complex needs and BME, Friendships/relationships, Care Management and PCP, carers needs and transitions.

“GET A LIFE” The Four Focus Groups Have met many times over the last few months. As a Result we have come up with Draft Objectives for Day Opportunities and a process for forward development.
