Programming Start all clients off with a benchmark test Outline how you might create your program Consider the different types of clients you might capture

Screening Think about the type of screening process that you will use for each clients that engage in you're bootcamp – PARQ form – Postural analysis – Diet and nutrition

Progressions Ensuring you're boot camp has enough progressions, allows you to keep your clients engaged and coming back for more Week 1-2 Introductory Week 3-6 Change up 1 Week 7-10 Change up 2
